For information regarding quotes or estimates, please understand that by the very nature of Land Surveying it is difficult to assess the costs involved as the surveyor is setting out to find and report what is there. We do our best to provide reasonable amounts based on background research to determine the likelyhood of what we will find. However, if old corners are not in place the law is quite uncompromising about what further evidence must be searched for and found before the survey is acceptable.
