Bradley Pendergraft

A registered BCLS since 1986 and a CLS since 1997. He worked as a land surveyor in many locations including most corners of British Columbia, Northwest Territories, Ontario, and Saudi Arabia.

The Osoyoos office was started by Rick Clendenning in 1976. It was sold to John Matthews in 1986. After working for John Matthews for a number of years, Bradley bought the business in 1996 and has opperated it since.

Brock was commissioned as a BCLS in 2017. He deeply enjoys the work and play lifestyles of the South Okanagan. He is currently an active partner in the firm, and hopes to continue working in the area for many years to come.
